I'm getting bored of eating cottage cheese plain. Does anybody have any suggestions on something to make with it or mix into it?
How do you like it?

I LOVE eating cottage cheese with fresh or canned pineapple or peaches mixed in! I wouldn't eat it otherwise. Hubby mixes in jam, which I think is weird!0

I like to cut up tomatoes in my cottage cheese and sprinkle a lil salt and pepper on them. but you have to get the good summertime tomatoes or pay an arm and a leg for one at the grocery store in the winter. You can also mix some in your spaghetti for a little added protein.0

I like my cottage cheese mixed with just about a little bit of any flavored jelly0

I like to cut up an apple and put it in the cottage cheese. Pears, peaches and pineapples are good too0

I eat it with pepper and halved cherry tomatoes. To me, it should be savory.
My hubby, however, loves it with yogurt and fruit. He prefers it to be sweet.0 -

I like it with peanut butter and protein powder. I typically have the calories available to eat it like this right before I go to bed!
But recently discovered powdered peanut butter and powdered chocolate peanut butter which would probably be a great lower cal way to get this delicious desert!0 -
With roasted, salted almonds! Yumm!0

I've been buying organic pineapple and it is fabulous. I didn't even like pineapple until I bought the real thing--NOT in cans.0

I blend CC in the blender until it's smooth. Then stir in some vanilla and Splenda and a little cinnamon. Then I dice up a granny smith apple, nuke it for a minute or so and then add to the mixture. It's YUMMY! I've also added blueberries to the mixture.
I add it to spaghetti sauce - it's filling and low carb.
You can mix in a sugar free pudding mixture to the blended CC and chill - that's delish!0 -
with applesauce (no sugar added) and cinnamon... yum!0
