Wow...I just completed my first day of the 30 day challenge on there and it was great!! I only did it on easy and it was a good workout!! It said I burned 132 calories..but I was wearing my Polar F4 and I actually burned 326!! Not bad for around 30 minutes. It was so fun too!! I just had to share for anyone thinking of getting it.

Im on my second week of the 30day challenge and I love the workouts. Yea the calories are way off. I burned over 500 on my workout tonight. I bought a cordless numchuck thinking it would be easier and for some reason it wasn't working. Anyone else have this problem??0

We have one too and we love it. It is so much fun and there is so much variety in the exercises from day to day. My favorite are the targets and the boxing bag, really helps work out a stress day.
I really need to try to find the money to invest in a heart rate monitor so I can track things properly.
It's also fun to do a workout with a buddy. You do the same exercises and you can kind of compete to see who does the most reps. My husband and I had a blast setting up a workout and doing it together. He would slow down sometimes and make me do more of the reps.
It's a blast!!0 -
I just finished day 3 of the Easy 30 day- it was a great arm work out but I wanted more cardio so I set up my own dance/run/walk workout- it was awesome! I have fun, time goes fast and I feel it the next day. I havn't heard of the wireless nunchuck but would love it as the cord is very annoying-especially when reaching over your head. Thanks for the tip.0

We have a wii active challenge for this month doing the 30-day challege. Everyone is welcome to join our thread. It just started so those of you who are already starting it, you would fit right in. It would be nice to have more people to work through the challege with. It's under "anyone interested in a wii active challenge". I hope to see some of you there!!
Good luck to you all :drinker: :flowerforyou:0
