This is probably a "no-brainer" but does everyone include raw fruits and veggies in their daily calorie intake? I sometimes leave off if I ate a raw carrot or brocoli.... Just curious. Also, I eat ALOT of bananas. I have read some articles..(on different sites) that say they are not as good for you and turn into sugar once consumed...Any truth to this?

Carrots are high in sugar too. I count EVERYTHING.

Even raw vegetables have calories so yes, I would count them.
  • It's amazing the amount of calories in some raw foods - I'm like the others and add everything :)

Along with knowing that I'm logging everything, I also log them to make sure I'm eating enough of them! I want to see if I stall out and stop losing, what the reason is :)

They're still food, I know I personally eat hundreds of calories worth every day! It adds up fast.

I log everything - today I logged 1/3 of a bell pepper (10 cals).. not only does it add up, but I like to look back and see whether I'm eating enough veggies/fruit.
