Anyone doing ASYLUM?

I just completed two rounds of Insanity and I am currently about half way through the Asylum! I am in love with this program and Shaun T! Anyone else doing Insanity or the Asylum?! What do you think of it?!

    I did insanity and LOVED it. I tried asylum and didn't like it as much as insanity- maybe because I didn't have the equipment? I would do the workouts but probably not the asylum as a program. I might do insanity again after turbo fire.

    I suggest you give it one more try. I don't use the jump rope but you do need an agility ladder. You can buy one of those from Beachbody. But they are really fun workouts and they go by fast!
