What is the first thing you noticed about yourself once you started eating healthier?
For me, my hair, skin, and nail showed an almost immediate improvement. My skin cleared up, my hair got shinier and my nails stopped breaking as much within the first 2 weeks.
It was a great motivator!

easy.. my chest "opened up" and i can breathe properly now!!! also, im not losing weight but im toning up massively!!! ive already taken 2in off my waist and ive only been doing this for 2wks properly now!!!0

When I first started I felt extremely good.
Now, it seems the more I work out & the healthier I eat... I still feel like crap. lol
Mind over matter & all that jazz.0 -
I can run! Not like, chasing my daughter around the sofa, run. Like, playing 30 minutes of basketball against all my 5th grade boys run!0

Nighttime acid reflux..gone.
Snoring and apnea gone ( ok, maybe I didn't notice that myself, but somebody did..0 -
That I am more productive. When I eat healthy and the right amount, I feel happier and do more studying and things that need done0

I don't feel bloated. I don't feel lazy and I have enough energy to do the workout without stopping. I don't feel hungry that much anymore.0

Oh, the "not feeling bloated" thing is DEFINITELY another one.
I'm looking forward to being able to run again... and breathe better.

Last night I was rummaging through my bureaus to get rid of any old clothes or some that are just beyond the usage of 'wear-while-you-clean"..
I found a couple of really nice work blouses and remembered how they were too snug for comfort..
HOLY HELL, I had room! My 'girls' had so much room!!!! HAHAHAHAHA...
I have a celebratory outfit for Chinese New Year that was given to me as a 'focal' outfit for my ultimate weight loss goal... I cant wait to try it when I reach 200lbs...0 -
I feel empowered, mentally stronger, more in control. I've also noticed that I'm hardly ever on facebook any more and have been on MFP instead LOL0

I feel better after I work out/do cardio. I mean, really good! I'm starting to lose the "imprint belt" from my pants on my belly. Also, since I'm cooking less, im wasting less (in leftovers) so we're saving money too!!! With the money I save, I can buy new clothes when this is all over
