    I've found Valerian root does wonders... either in pill form or a cup of tea... it makes me so sleepy... also Bob Marley's Mellow Mood tea... same thing.

    And black out curtains. And a sleep mask.

    ^^...and then add a pillow over your face and two fans blowing for sound control. Lol fellow insomniac here. ;)
