And I WILL actually do my best to stick to it this time.. I know I'll slip up on the way, but I won't let it crush me like it did last time.

I've found that a good way to keep myself in check, is to make my food diary my home page, so it'll pop up every time I want to go online! There will be no escaping it!! :sad:

I thought I'd post my before and after pictures too

So this is before. December 2009 at (about) 260 LBS :grumble:

Also calling this an NSV, because I've NEVER allowed bikini shots to be posted on FaceBook, and photos from that day are up!

    You can usually do it through the 'settings' option on your browser page, or 'preferences' if you're using Google Chrome =)
