Is it normal to gain weight durring your time of the month?

Absolutely -- I usually gain 5 lbs of water weight, but I don't mind. It makes my weigh in the following week all that much better. lol0

Some people may also lose weight in that week but gain more the week after. It is totally dependent on how your body works.0

i usually put on about 5 pounds the week before that time of the month, i think now that im watching my we9ght ill not weigh myself that week so i dont get discouraged haha!0

I find i get an uncontrollable urge to eat everything in site!! hopefully now i;ve started MFP this will stop...:O)0

Yes. Water is retained when you have your period. From what I remember, about 2-3 lbs.0

Absolutely. Water weight, plus many women also become constipated due to the progesterone, so there's general bloatiness and weight gain.
This month I put on 3kg (6.6 lbs) during that week! I lost it again within about 5 days.0 -
u should ask if it is normal not to gain
totally normal but u lose it when it finishes
so never worry about it0
