Hello i'm Jane. Live in bolton uk. Age 33 with one child. I have just found MFP and did a lot of the hard work before finding it but could have done with MFP a lot sooner. I'm 5ft 7. My original weight was 15 stone (210 pounds) I am now down to around 12 stone (168 pounds). Looking for friends on here from anywhere to help me want to keep coming back and carrying on, and also to offer help and support where I can. I don't mind if you've a little or a lot to lose we're all on here because we feel we need to be :smile: please add me xxx

    Hi Jane I'm Karen and am very similar to you. I started out last jan at 215 pounds and am now down to 168 I am 5ft 6 so a little shorter. Mfp is a great place to get support you will find loads from the uk on here too. Feel free to friend request me if you want.
