    Thanks for the challenge...I can't believe I just did 200 crunches!!! But I do think I need to work on my form. Found that my neck was getting a bit tired.

    Ok, I'm in!

    Just got done. (I exercise at night, after work). Mixed it up, some regular, some sides, some lower abs, and some upper/lower together. I'll be sore tomorrow! Thanks for the challenge. What's tomorrow????

    I got mine done. 201 crunches (various methods) and 52 sit-ups.

    I did them too. My form for the crunches weren't awesome though.
