Where do you all get your healthy recipes from? I like sites that give you nutritional info on the actual recipe.

any thoughts? =)

Trying my best to eat fresh and cook more! Needs to become my habit!

  • I've gotten and made several recipes from hearthealthyonline.com. They are low calorie and full of vitamins and protein, and they're really yummy! I've made the chicken and garbanzo bean soup, the pulled bbq chicken sandwiches, the beef goulash, and the ranch fajita chicken wraps. Those are absolutely delicious, easy to make, and my kids love them as well, so that's a bonus! You should give a look!

Not a web site but the book Weight Watchers: Take Out Tonight!
is great and provides nutritional values per serving.
