So I am pretty excited over my small victory... I am down 9 lbs. and that's pretty exciting, but what was even better was I was able to put a pair of pants on that I hadn't wore in awhile..And not only the pants but my new Victoria Secret panties I bought 5 months ago that I have not wore, I was able to fit in a pair of those too !! I am super excited and can't wait to continue my journey and have many, many more victories :)

I was also told by my Grandfather that he could tell I had lost some weight and that I was pretty this week then I was last week..lol Gotta love grandparents !! I know to some it may not be much, but for me it is !!

Its those first small goals that are so important & help you realise when things aren't so good why you started. My jeans are more comfortable now with a belt as I don't have to keep hitching them up.
    Keep it up.

OF COURSE it is something to be excited about!! Congratulations!!!
  • Congrats!!!
I've lost 9lbs so far as well. I can see a small difference in myself when I look in the mirror and it's awesome. My major clothing victory is I am down from XL to a size L! I haven't had any smaller sized clothes in a while, since I've either been pregnant with my son or overweight. So I see a shopping trip in my future!

Glad to hear you are having so much success. It's an amazing feeling when all your hard work is realized. :D

I know what you mean. I have lost a 5 pounds since Jan. 8 of this year and even my pants (including undies) fit better plus, I can fit into my favorite blouses that I had gotten to large to wear anymore. So, congratulations and carry on...

Congrats.... Losing 1 lb is also a lot because.. loss of each pound every time leads to the final goal :) Keep going and wish u many more victories :)
