There's a new one out that is good - Everyday Food - Light. All the recipes are 500 calories or less per serving. I have the other 2 Everyday Food cookbooks and love them as well as the magazine. I've made 3 recipes from the Light book, and 2 were hits with the family. Not so much on the spice-crusted fish, but I'll keep trying.

I have this one - it's good but I still like Everyday Food books better as the recipes are a bit less complicated and use more regular ingredients.

I LOVE cookbooks. I have two big drawers in the kitchen full of them. Right now, I'm highly addicted to skinny taste.com. My husband likes the pics w/each recipe as well! I like the recipe box and grocery list options as well!

I just went through mine the other day and I really like the Taste Of Home Comfort "Diet" Food book. Its like a thick magazine. I dont know if it is still available because I got it out of the magazine section at the grocery store or Walmart, not sure. But I bet you could get it online somewhere.

I just bought Hungry Girls 300 under 300 and I'm loving it. I made my breakfast and lunch today from it and both were delicious and so easy to make.

    Here's my food board. I don't think it's private.
