Good morning and Happy Monday!

I'm new to this site and have struggled with my weight which seems like forever. I've done weightwatchers and had success, then they changed the points program and I gained the 20 lbs lost plus some back. I've done a vegan diet for 4 months, lost 15 pounds, added tofu and gained it all back. I'm 40 years old and sitting at an all time high in weight (240 pounds). Frustration and sedentary life style has put me in a rutt. I could use some motivation to help me get back to a healthy weight.

    I’ve also been on weight watcher for several years. Like you lost 20 lbs, but gained it back with little to no success, even while training for a duathlon. This time is different. I’ve been logging my food for several weeks now, increased my protein and stopped subtracting my calories for workouts. Thus far I’m down 7 lbs, with -10lbs in sight.

    I just stared, too. I've been fighting weight my whole life. With the help of MFP I hope to end the battle here and now.:wink:
