This is my lunch. It is a huge portion and only 248 cals!!

    I put everything in my grill pan and put the press on it and let it all cook till it was done. All in one pan! Seasoned it with McCormicks Lemon Pepper Grinder!

    looks brilliant. unluckily i would feel like i have just started my lunch after that :(

    i have logged in my nutrition for the first time today and found out my (fairly average) lunch was about 920 cal :S

    nice meal , one problem, you overcooked your vegetables, all the vitamins are gone and Mc cormick spices are full of sodium and Msg, not good for you .sorry

    The Grinders are low in sodium. About 75mgs and I did not season the hell out of them. And my veggies were not over cooked. But thanks for the input!

  • One thing I love to use for seasoning both meat and veggies is Kirkland Organic No-Salt Seasoning. You can get it at Costco for a few bucks and because it's probably a cup and a half it's going to last us for ages.

    We dont have a Costco! :( I will have to see if some of the health food stores in town carry it! Thanks!
