Hey everybody, great job getting all your water in. For those of you us who struggle with it, it shows it is possible and not really that hard when we make the effort. Keep up the good work staying hydrated.

TODAYS CHALLENGE: Minimum of 5 Fruits and Veggies (this is an average recommended amount)

Here's a heads up for the rest of the week so you can prepare.

Saturday: Take your exercise outside - enjoy the weather!
Sunday: Try a new food/recipe

    Fruits and veggies it is!!! This used to be a big challenge for me, I hated veggies!! But they are actually becoming my friends now!! Never thought I would say that.

    Thay all you got?:laugh: That's an easy one for me. Veggies are snacks and I am really into this apple and pear thing right now.

    Hey Nicole how about adding this challenge to the daily check in? Like put the next day's challenge at the top or bottom of the beginning post of the day. Just a thought. :glasses:

    Of course today is the day I go shopping for fruits and veggies so we're out! AUGH! That's ok, I have a fruit parfait with strawberries and blueberries. I'll head to our cafateria at work and pick up a salad for lunch :-D

  • awww... I wont get to the farmers market until after work :grumble: :wink: but that is okay I have some roasted green / red peppers in my lunch... so dinner will just have to work in a bunch... and possibly a smoothie for dessert :flowerforyou: :bigsmile: yum....
