low cal baking?????

Hi guys. i think this is a long shot but does anyone have a recipe for a low cal bikkie, muffin etc???? I always bake for my hubby and kids and now would like a 'treat' for myself.

ive used a lot of tipes like replacing butters and oils with apple sauce or pumpkin... GL!
