Hi, I'm new and I’m ready to loose weight and meet some co

I’ve been lifting weights for years without a consistent diet. I’ve been using MFP for a week lost 7 lbs. My goal is a 20lb weight loss to start and ultimately loose 60lbs.

Any one doing work in the gym and having fun? I’m looking for some motivation and good times:smile:

    Thanks for the encouragement. Today started well and I’m looking forward to a great evening. Today is leg day. Heavy lifting and cardio.
