I don't, the only time I tend to eat it is at asian restaurants. Sorry I'm no help :-(0

Tofu is good with like.. everything.. hahaha. Especially fried tofu, oh lord. Tofu and eggplant is always good! Just cut them both up and then sautee in whatever special sauce you like. The last time I made it I used some new sauce and it tasted like pure vinegar, it was awful. Don't recommend that one.. Otherwise just adding it to stir fry is good too! Or tofu cheesecake.. unf.1

I literally just stir fry it (without any oil because tofu will get a crunch all on its own), thow some veggies in the pan, and drizzle whatever sauce there is in the fridge on top and coat it on the veggies and tofu. A LOT GOES A LONG WAY THOUGH, so don't over do it on the sauces.
Serve on a bed of rice or on top of a salad and your good to go.0 -
tofu scramble
basically add everything that you would put in and egg scramble but after sautteeing all the veggies and stuff crumble up some tofu and sautee it a little long rather than using eggs.
Korean Fried Tofu

any various stir fries
tofu lasagna
sautte onions and garlic
crumble some tofu into the pan
add lemon juice and shopped fresh basil
add a dash of tomato sauce/paste mix of choice
and layor in a lasagna pan: tomato sauce/paste, noodles, tofu mix, fresh spinach, and if you eat it motzerella cheese, continue layors in that order then throw it in the oven at 350 for about 20 min0 -
Look for General Tao's Tofu on All Recipes.com. It is amazing!!0

Beginners:
Tofu salad:
Your favorite salad greens (I usually use romaine)

1 tablespoon of low sodium, light soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon of dark sesame seed oil
garlic chili sauce (optional)
Tofu with garlic stems
Saute garlic stems with a bit of oil and garlic

1 tablespoon of low sodium, light soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon of dark sesame seed oil
Intermediate:
Mapo Tofu http://allrecipes.com/recipe/ma-po-tofu/ (spicy. about 212 calories a serving)
Fried Korean style tofu http://www.maangchi.com/recipe/2-tofu-side-dishes (meant to be eaten as a side. It is salty, so don't try to eat it by itself. Make some brown rice or get some veggies to go with it.)
Korean tofu soup http://www.maangchi.com/recipe/soondubu-jjigae (great for those cold days. Also spicy.)0 -
