I am one of those that eats my exercise calories back. My question is, If 5 days a week with my exercise calories I am eating approximately 1750 - 1800 calories a day, but the other 2 days I may only do light exercise which would put me at maybe 1400-1500 calorie goal for the day, should I continue to eat the 1750 - 1800 that my body is used to from the rest of the week, or eat exactly within my calorie goal for each day?

Eat the calorie goal it gives you, because you're not burning off those extra calories.
I find it helps motivate me to keep exercising - if I don't, I have to be careful about what I eat.0
