Need help finding a story....

A few weeks back I read a story on the girl who weighed about 185 pounds and couldnt lose weight consuming very low calories....I want to share that with a friend and I cannot find it. It was like a journal or story - not a specific person telling their story!! I used the search button but cannot remember enough details to find it.
