Hi. I have been eating fruits and milk lately, as well as a cookie every now and then.
I have been noticing I was going over on sugar, even though I havent been eating many sweets. I understand there are natual sugars in the fruits, but how do these play out in the food reports? Should I be worried about too much sugar even if I only consume one thin mint every few days or so?

don't worry about fruit sugars :-)
There are so many nutrients there, the sugar is just a small part. It is much much much better than regular sugar.0 -

Fruit sugar is natural sugar which is so much better for you. The sugars you need to worry about are the artificial ones. Enjoy your fruit!0
