Fruit Sugars~help please?

Options
Hi. I have been eating fruits and milk lately, as well as a cookie every now and then.

I have been noticing I was going over on sugar, even though I havent been eating many sweets. I understand there are natual sugars in the fruits, but how do these play out in the food reports? Should I be worried about too much sugar even if I only consume one thin mint every few days or so?

don't worry about fruit sugars :-)

There are so many nutrients there, the sugar is just a small part. It is much much much better than regular sugar.

Fruit sugar is natural sugar which is so much better for you. The sugars you need to worry about are the artificial ones. Enjoy your fruit!
