First NSV for this round of dieting

I know that, having not been dieting for the last two months and managing to maintain my previous weight loss, that this new loss is probably mainly water weight, but holy crap!

Two weeks of fairly clean eating (I allow myself a 100 calorie chocolate treat per day), keeping my net calorie intake between 1200 and 1500 calories a day, and doing 30DS plus either walking, swimming or an hour in the gym and I've lost a stone! I swear I almost fell of the scales this morning in shock!

Here's to the next stone... it'll probably take a lot longer to get there, but now that my weight (just) starts with the words 15 stone, I can't wait to keep working towards getting to be 14 stone something :)))))
