Hey everyone, I'm Dany. I was really active on here a few months ago, and lost 6lbs. But then things happened and I gained it all back, plus some more.
I really want to lose this weight, but I'm struggling, so I could really use some motivation!

All you need to remember is how good you feel after you work out. Getting started is the HARDEST part...but once you get yourself back into a routine..it just feels right when you work out everyday. Trust me...after my wedding...I gained about 10 lbs with the honeymoon and with the holidays. Get right back on the workout horse and you'll be glad you did. All it takes is another "Day 1"...but you can do it!0

At least you are here and wanting to make a change for a healthier lifestyle. I must say I'm getting back into focusing on my eating and exercising habits - not the best here! Last winter I lost 25 lbs and kept it off through my wedding this past August. However, as of today I have gained it all back. This past Wednesday is when I started tracking my eating & exercising.

I go through those up and downs all the time. I'm currently struggling to get back into it all, but I stillam making healthier choices. I don't forbid myself anything, but just mostly work on self control. Everything can be good in moderation.0
