Hello,
Any one out there use the Fitbit Tracker. If so do you see that you are losing weight while using it?

The fitbit tracker is not necessarily about losing weight, it's about keeping you active. If you have a desk job or you're sedentary most of the day, it motivates you to get up and move. This burns more calories and all, but mainly it motivates you to exercise and stick to your goals.0

I love my Fitbit! I've had it since May 2011 and have lost around 35 pounds. It keeps me accountable. I like the activity graph. I thought I was fairly active before Fitbit. I wasn't.0

I just bought mine 3 days ago and I like it so far. I like keeping track of how many calories I'm burning and how many steps I take because it makes me step it up if my numbers are low. And online it breaks down how much of your day is spent sedentary, lightly active, fairly active, and very active and what times of the day it is.
The only thing I worry about is it seems to allot me extra calories at the end of the day that I wouldn't normally have counted with just MFP. Like today, I burned 351 calories on the elliptical. But I was alloted 167 more calories due to what I would consider just normal daily walking like grocery trip or moving around the house. It counts all your steps and gives you extra calories for it.
I did the recommendation and put myself as sedentary on MFP, which starts me at 1200 calories. So maybe it is fairly accurate because before I was under lightly active and my daily calorie number was 1300. So it gave me a difference of 67 more calories.0
