lost 40 pounds and lost 19 nice MFP

i havnt been here in so long :p my computer committed suicide a few months back and left me with nothing :p haha anyway my top wight i have ever been was 167 pound! when i got to that and saw i didnt fit into any of my stuff i knew i had to do something about it
i started to eat out less and work out more and since then im now at 128!
but it was never easy :(
durring that time i had many issues i came across that also made me lose weight so my story isnt as yay happy as most of you very hard working people
:( for one my mom had cancer so that made me so scared i could no longer hold any food in so that made me lose alot of weight
after a while my eating disoder came back after years of me being free from it :(
though i was working out and trying to eat better food still scared me again
im trying to get better and hope to have a healthy life soon
im just scared to put on weight again after getting the help

anyway here are some before and after pictures :) some i had already posted a few months back with my last weight in (sorry i dont really have pictures alone cuz till this day i dont have any thing i love about my self to want to pose lol unless its with some celebrity or my friends make me take one :p )

ok so this is me at about 160 pounds

    Wow you look amazing!! You've definitely lost a lot around your face, from that first pic to now there's a major difference! I'm really glad that you shared and I really hope you settle into a nice healthy routine!

    Thanks and ya it is lol since I am still unhappy with my self I just freak out and only take pictures of it's with a celeb lol I hardly ever take pictures alone :( cuz I feel gross
    I do wish I had more before photots pretty sure I have some ugly ones my friends tagged me in lol
