I only have before shots. Down almost 10 though, I think I'm going to take monthly pics so one more week or so.0

I'm 5'6, but don't have any photos. As much as I don't like seing myself in picutres, maybe it'd be the motivation I need on the slow days?? What are you trying for your ideal wieight, if you don't mind my asking? I'm thinking for me, 150 would be good. The charts say 136, but I think i'd look sickly at that weight. I will really consider a photo(gulp), so I can SEE my progress.0

I set my goal as 160. I really am kinda aiming for a size I would be happy at (12/14) but I want to look healthy. I will stop and maintain when I feel as if I look and feel my best.0

I don't have any before pics from when I was 211. I deleted them all because I was embarrassed. Now I wish I would have saved them. I still have 43ish pounds to go.0 -
I'm 5'6" and aiming for 160. At 176 right now and started at 183.0
