If you see the word "cleanse" or "toxin", run the other way as fast as you can.0

If you have 2 days to do nothing but be in the bathroom....0

Yup, use that money to buy some fresh fruit, veg & lean meats. The best system cleanser you can get is a consistently sound diet!0 -
I did the Kim K one about two weeks ago, 48hrs wasnt long enough...I ate only fruit n veg for the 48hrs but didnt really feel cleansed afterwards - It didnt even do the bathroom thing either, if I tried again I wpuld try for longer than 48hrs, it may have kick started something but thats about it --- Let us know how you go!0

thats more like a liquid diet. You drink the juice for 2 whole days then once you start eating again, the weight will come back. I would just eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. Or buy a juicer so you can make your own organic juice from fresh fruits and vegetables.0

totally agree. even if it "works" and you lose weight, think about what it really is. it's all calories in, calories out. if you just drink juice one day and get about 100 calories vs the 2000 you normally get, that is 1900 calories or 1/2 a lb... in two days you could lose a pound. along with a lot of water weight too. but what always happens with water weight is that it comes back unless you stay properly hydrated.
anything that makes ridiculous promises or sounds too good to be true always is too good to be true. that is my rule for life.
short term loss, long term gain... not what i think anyone needs to do.0
