    oh my goodness. It doesnt even look like the same person.. I kept going back and comparing LoL that is so awesome and I like the song. Can I ask if youve taken any weight loss pills? I am trying to decide which one will work best for me. Ive already lost 50 lbs but still have more to go and its becoming very difficult now.. Thanks :) and congratulations

    no weight loss pills... honest :)

    just diet and exercise :)
    i just started strength training about a month ago & taking whey protein as a meal replacement to help with the muscle development - and its made a huge difference! the scale doesnt move as much but my measurments change every two weeks :) id DEFINITELY recommend it.
