The white food

We have heard much negative stories about white bread, white sugar, and white rice.
For those of you who are absolutely anti-white carbs, if you can only pick between the whites, what will you go for? White rice or white bread?

    If in fact you want to stay away from white stuff, try brown rice (not instant) and whole wheat bread or at least muti-grain. Hope this is more helpful than the other's that decided to answer, or lack of answering your question.

    i love my rice and beans and i love bread with milk.. (latin american tradition lol)

    False! While it is better to eat whole grain, it is also ok to have some refined carbs in your diet as well unless you have a medical condition that prohibits you from eating these things.

    OP....white carbs will not kill you. I vote white bread with lots of butter! Yeah, I said it....BUTTER!
