Hi people!
I currently am 223 lbs and I'm doing Zumba 3 times a week, along with 2-3 workouts and weight lifting. I am also attending a weekly boot camp challenge. I am losing about 2 lbs a week, however, it seems to all fall off when I weigh myself Sunday morning. I stay constant all week and then blam, 2-3 lbs lighter that Sunday. It doesnt seem to fluctuate much from that weight until the next Sunday.
Is this weird? This is the first time I'm actually working out, watching what I eat, and not doing some dumb fad diet.

I think that is totally normal for some folks. I seem to teeter for many days in a row and then take that bigger dip. Good job. Keep it up.0

Does it matter really when you're losing every week? Maybe you're resting the day before and your body has chance to stabilise hydration levels, or maybe you eat denser foods on weekdays and physically lighter foods on Saturday. Could be a number of things. What matters is, there is a weekly loss, its steady and consistent and you are working out and eating right.0

Don't know if it is normal or not, however I have resolved to only weigh once a week because after 2 days of counting calories before adding exercise, i shed pounds as well. Sorry I couldn't help with your specific question but I still wanted to say GREAT JOB!!!!0

It's normal for me, but it's more important to find what is normal for your body. I seem to fluctuate between 2-3 pounds all week long and then usually the day before I weigh in for my challenge I find that the scale has dropped to my 'new' weight.
Congrats on your loss! Keep up the fantastic work!0 -
In these forums it's the only appropriate place to congratulate someone for losing something. haha. Thanks ladies!0
