Ok I was flipping through the tv sations and there is an informerial for the food lovers fat loss program.
Anyone ever try it. Sounds too good to be true!!

    So one day this thing shows up in the mail. Turns out my wife bought it (for me) for $150. In all honestly it's not really worth it. It pretty much tells you all the same stuff you're probably already doing or have been told to do on this site. About the only major difference is it has you create your meals doing a protein, fast carb, and slow carb.
