I had kind of an odd lunch but,
1 serving baby carrots
2 servings baked lay's bbq chips
1 Smart One Chicken Marsala
1 dinner roll

i had a cup of cherry tomatoes
cup of sliced cucumber
10 saltine crackers
and some chedder cheese
and water with some lemon in it
totla calories was 300 and something (not sure exactly)0 -
lean pocket chicken herb and artichoke- yummy!! try it
10 wheat thins, 1 wedge laughing light cheese
snack - cherry fat free yoplait yogurt0 -
I had a salad from the supermarket salad bar (lettuce, grilled chicken, lite ranch & a little shredded cheddar). It was pretty good. I had a tangerine too.
It's better than the #2 at Micky D's!!!0 -
I had a dru turkey sandwich with spinach on low carlorie wheat and 1/2 a cup of Campbell's healthy request chicken noodle soup. I also had a 100 calorie mini fudge stripes.
Total Calories: 3130 -
My 2 y/o old and I shared lunch & snack today so:
Lunch:
Chef's Cupboard - Ready to Serve Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup, 0.75 container (2 cups ea.) - 165 cals
Snack:
Otis Spunkmeyer - Banana Nut Muffin - 2.25 oz muffin, 0.75 - 195 cals
Total cals: 3600 -

I had healthy ham & 2% swiss sandwhich on high fiber bread with ff mayo and mustard.
followed with a cup of grapes about an hour later, then my 100 cal pack at 3:00.
Having a homemade tortilla pizza for dinner with salad....yumm I cant wait to have my turkey pepperoni....0 -

One of those south beach grilled chicken ceasar wrap kits with the jello I think it was like 240 cal. so I am doing good lol0

I forgot my salad dressing at home so I put my salad in the fridge and ate another yogurt and peanuts. Can't eat salad without dressing can you......?0

Half a grilled chicken sandwich on wheat with spicy mustard and lettuce, and half a cup of minestrone soup. And a small bowl of rice crispies with half a cup of skim milk.
And yes you can eat salad without dressing! personally, salad dressing makes me nauseated, so I squeeze lemon juice over my salad and its very yummy. Refreshing, even.0 -

Sandwich made with rye bread, canned salmon, capers, red onion, and a dressing of greek yogurt, mint, garlic and lemon. I also had 1 nectarine and 3 brazil nuts.0

I'm so weak, I had my all time favourite, Kraft dinner, about a cup. but I had a slice of cantaloupe with it and a big glass of water. The rest of my day is very healthy so I don't feel guilty0

I always thought pizza was going to be my absolute weakness but I am now seeing that is MEXICAN!!!!
