so if i log my cardio i can track my calories burned but not on strength training? why? is it me? am i pushing the wrong buttons?!?! ack! help!

Go to the "Exercise" tab and look below "Cardiovascular". There should be a place to search strength training exercise.0

got that part but it doesn't compute the calories for strength training. it only logs what you did. maybe strength training doesn't count?0

search for "weight lifting" under cardio exercises0

does weight lifting count for the leg press and leg lifts on the gym machines?0

Try searching for "machine".0

I think the reason why it doesn't count is because lifting weights is considered anaerobic. You burn more fat during aerobic activity. And yes leg press and leg lifts counts as weight lifting.0
