I am looking for something else to do for my mom and I to start doing. We are finishing up our second round of shred now. What is some ideas we could do maybe not everyday but something that will continue to give us results.

If you are able to, running up and down the stairs at a football stadium is a really great workout and one of the best ways to burn calories. If you can't get to a place like that to use the steps... just try using the bottom step of any staircase and just do step-ups using that bottom step at the quickest possible pace. Also, if you haven't tried a zumba class... give it a go... it's lots of fun, and a great workout. 2-3 times a week would be great.
  • Biggest loser boot camp is really tough and makes you sweat. Give it a try. Anytime you mix up your routine it helps out.

Good luck with your workout plans.

I am a huge fan of Turbo Jam / Turbofire. They are fun kickboxing cardio DVD's. And they burn tons of calories!
