Cardio with Strength Training

I am a new user and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to add my exercise to the database. I currently do a Denise Austin DVD with 10min of straight up cardio and then 10 min of cardio with weights(called cardio sculpt). When you create an exercise it asks if it is cardio or strength training. The closest thing I can think of is Aerobics with weights, but that isn't an option.

Any idea's?

    Best option to accurately monitor calorie use during workouts is to get a heart rate monitor and use that to upload calories burned. Other than that, what you are selecting probably the best option for what you are doing, but may not reflect your calorie burn accurately Hope this helps.

    I would probably log this under circuit training, but a HRM would be most accurate.
