What to eat?

Can I eat whatever I want as long as I dont go over my calories? :)

    If the goal is weight loss, then yes.
  • Yes, weight loss is my goal. although I am not overweight, but I would like to be a little smaller.
    And I'm having cravings. I just wan't to make sure I can eat these things!

    you can pretty much eat what you like as long as you stick to your cals but i have found that eating healthier food leaves me more cals so i can eat more x

    NO!!! to be healthy, you cant visit McDs and such! stick to veggies, fruits and low carb/high protein foods
  • Lol thanks everyone! And I am eating healthy still, NO mcdonalds! No fast food at all! No pop. I just reallly want some top the tator & cheese itz or something! Lol

    Does Everyone watch there nutrients? Or just there calories??

    I don't know what everyone does, but I track:

    calcium - for my bones
    fat and protein - to make sure I'm getting enough
    saturated fat, carbs and calories - to make sure I'm not getting too much

    I've changed it a few times. I used to track sodium, sugar and fiber, but I was always okay on those so dropped them.
