I am here to lose weight and gain muscle. I would love to have some folks pushing me along the way. My wife talked me into joining and logging my food, we are currently doing p90x...or its doing us (thats what she said)..no matter, nice to join the club!-Jeff

    I am always impressed with people who do P90X. I am curently doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, it scares me heck of a lot less. Even though its a lighter workout I still had trouble walking after doing Day 1 :)

    Hi Jeff!

    I'm sorta of new to the community too. (This is my first post) I've been trying to log my foods for months now, but I'm finally getting serious about it.

    My husband and I just started doing P90x also! The abripper and plyometrics are really kicking our butts! But we keep trying to do our best with the program while we try to learn how to make good, healthy food choices (not always perfect yet)!

    Logging your food intake is surely an eye opening event! (at least it was for me!!) The good thing is that now I can see where my mistakes are and strive to choose healthier alternatives. Without this tool, nutrition was just a guessing game for me!
