I've been losing weight for quite some time now, I just decided to do this to track my calories a bit more.
My highest weight was 353, I've lost 75 lbs and I have 118 to go until I reach my goal. I am currently 278 lbs.

I have a mini-goal on Feb 10th to weigh 270-265 lbs.
I'm on a routine that will have me doing cardio 7 days a week for about 30 mins to 45 mins a day.
My calorie intake is usually around 800.
