No More Motiviation Needed For Me!!!!

We took the kids to the local amusement park today and OMG. I can not beleive how much of a difference 15 pounds makes. There were two rides that I almost did not get the strap to buckle inorder to ride the ride. I just about DIED..... I have decided that we will go back toward the end of the summer just to see what a difference just even 10 pounds makes.

So I have gone three days with no Dr. Pepper and today while at the amusement park I had a drink of my sisters and OMG it tasted good. That is all I had was a drink so I was very proud of myself for that. Now if I could put the smokes down as easy and fast as I did the DP then I would be doing good....

Anyways, just wanted to say OMG I never felt so fat as I did today. I am on a mission now...... Have not even completed one full week and already down 4 pounds. I know it is the putting the cokes down that has help a ton but 4 down and 46 to go....

    It's ok, I know how you feel. I went last summer to an amusement park with my cousin and couldn't fit in anything...it was so embarrassing! but you know, they also don't exactly make those very roomy anyway, you know? but you're here, and we're all doing this together!

    I feel your pain also been there done that. Welcome you will love this site it's great. I have been here for 6 weeks and I look forward to coming on here every day. You are so right about the soda. leave it behind and you will see a big difference. Good luck to you
