    No I heard of Bee Pollen? that is the new "thing" on my "friends" facebook! I dont know what to tell you. I research everything before I take it!!

    Dr. Oz talked about them and now they are everywhere. They supposedly have some good health benefits. Although I think now seeweed is the new big thing for that

    Waste of money? I always see these "African mango pills!" "acai berry pills" "insert same waste of money here!"

    Eat correctly at a deficit. If you need something to LOSE, which you don't, take something with buckets of caffiene/green tea.

    Meanwhile - I continue with exercise and achieving a calorie deficit! :)
