Why does MFP not differentiate between natural and refined sugar? I get discouraged because I always go above what they say I should have for sugar intake. However a lot of that is due to fresh fruits.

Is natural sugar better for you?

I guess not necessarily. But fresh fruits include vitamins and antioxidants that refined sugars do not.

i posted something similar the other day because i love eating lots of fruit and it says im always going over my sugar intake...someone told me not to worry as long as I'm not going over my caloric count...fruit can't be bad for you (unless you eat a bucket full a day)??
