"Breakfast" Meats/High Protein Alternatives

I love my greek yogurt for its high protein content but I dont want to just eat greek yogurt every morning for breakfast. I like to switch it up and have eggs as well, usually with some turkey bacon, but in order to get enough protein from both (aiming for 20-25grams per meal) I need to eat 4 pieces of turkey bacon which ends up having a lot of fat and a lot of sodium (even though its a bit better than regular bacon). So, my question is, what other breakfast type meat alternatives are there (chicken sausages? turkey sausages? other kinds of bacon lower in fat/sodium) that you can recommend? I keep my chicken, fish, beef, pork etc for my lunch/dinner and really want to try to find something breakfast-y for the morning :)
Any other high protein (over 20grams, and no more than 300 calories) suggestions besides shakes and greek yogurt would be appreciated as well!

    I add a scoop of protein powder into my smoothie when I make one.

    1 Banana (105)
    80g Raspberries (42)
    Half cup of Orange Juice (55)
    1 Scoop of Protein Powder (flavour of choice) (90 cals)

    Comes in at 292 cals
  • I find I usually need more substance than just a shake for breakfast...like something chewable LOL

    Morningstar Farms has vegetarian breakfast options; one of their breakfast patties, for example, has:

    * 80 calories
    * 3g fat
    * 3g carbs
    * 10g protein
    * 260 mg Na

    Here's the information for one Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Pattie:

    * 60 calories
    * 3.5g fat
    * 1g carbs
    * 6.5g protein
    * 490 mg Na

    Considerably less sodium and more protein in the vegetable pattie ... and they taste pretty good, too. Two patties would give you 20g protein and only 160 calories.
