Hey everyone! I've been counting my calories for a few days now and I was just wondering if it will ever get easier. I mean I stay in my range but it just feels like a chore. I know losing weight and getting healthy will be a lot of hard work I just feel like my whole day is surrounded by counting my calories. Thanks!

Don't stop. It does get easier but it takes effort and work on your part. Try to watch portion size, find healthier alternatives for the foods you love and watch processed and fast foods. Here are some sites.

  • Thank you for the reply! I have 2 young sons and I think I was just getting frustrated thinking about what I'm going to eat next and taking care of them at the same time.
