:flowerforyou: So I made breakfast this morning, and I wanted it to be extra yummy and HEALTHY!!!!
3 egg whites
a little sea salt&pepper
1/4 cup zucchini
1/8 cup shread cheese
1/8 cup onion
3 strips green bell pepper
TOtal calorie count 152!!!!!:happy: :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile: WOW!!!!
I switched up my morning coffee a bit with fat free milk instead of half&half so that took away 40 calories!!!
I am on a roll this morning!
Im officially bringing Sexy back!!!!:bigsmile:

You're my hero for drinking coffee with skim milk! I switched from half and half and sugar to just half and half a couple years ago. Whenever we're out of half and half in the morning, I just skip my morning coffee...LOL!
