Awesome Sauce Fitness T-shirts.. Not done yet, just a Sample will most likely be making
changes before final ones are made.. I myself and a few others will be wearing these when we
do Our 10k in Charleston ((Cooper Bridge Run))You All like ?????

    Who is that on the shirt? Is it benefit someone that has cancer or something? Is this a memorial thing?

    That is Me on that Shirt and it's Just something I am doing for Myself To Show My weightloss Journey, plus represent Awesome Sauce Fitness when Me and a Bunch of Friends Run a 10k in Charleston and it benefits go towards lots of Charities not Just 1 ;)

    One of my friends on my fitness site called me awesome sauce a while back in my Journey and it has just stayed with me sooo this is mine.. I am Being Certified in Training and hope for one day my Own fitness complex to Carry the Name Awesome Sauce Fitness.. So Yes it will Be oneday ((I Hope)).. But as for Right now it's what I call My home gym, where I train 2 individuals Now, while being Certified
