35 CALORIE Pumpkin CInnamon COOKIES
35 CALORIE Cinnamon Pumpkin Cookie - makes 17- 19cookies (heaping tbsp of batter)
INGREDIENTS
DRY:
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
10 packets Zero calorie sweetener
½ tsp baking soda
1/4tsp salt substitute
1-½ to 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
LIQUID:
2 tsp imitation vanilla
1 tbsp imitation butter
½ tsp imitation coconut
½ tsp imitation banana
1/8 cup sugar/fat/calorie free caramel syrup
1 cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp Betty Crocker rich and Creamy cream cheese frosting
Pre-heat oven at 375. Mix all dry ingredients then add in the rest. Set frosting aside in microwave safe dish. Take Tbsp and scoop 1 heavy scoop per cookie of the batter onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes. Let cool 5-10 minutes. Take bowl of frosting and add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk then microwave 30 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over top of cookies. Makes 17-19.

Sodium: 40
p.s. I don’t think you need all the coconut and banana but I was just throwing things around and making stuff up with what I had here

no its just like imitation vanilla extract...you find it in the same place. they have every flavor possible even root beer! ( saw that one tonight).0 -
these kind of have a texture like pumpkin bread...they kinda taste like a mix between pumpkin bread and cinnamon rolls. thats what i think anyways0

i made these tonight, and i have to be honest, they were pretty gross. the texture was just weird... like cakey/chewy/bread mix. idk, i didnt like them at all. kind of mad that i bought the butter and coconut imitations for $3 a piece! ... just a heads up, i wouldnt bother making these, unless you like a breadier, chewy cookie0
