Since my workout buddy had two back surgeries this year, I have been whiny and making excuses about getting up and going to Curves - "I have no one to go with. :'( " Well today I was determined - but reality hit and I was unable to go. So instead I laced up my sneakers and hopped on the treadmill. Not two minutes later, my 5 and 4 year olds were right next to me, running in place. "We're exercising with you, Mom!" Buddies come in all shapes and sizes. :)
