Weight Watchers Caramel Apple Fluff
Can be used as a salad or dessert. Sometimes I add some nuts to it. You wold have to adjust the calories to incorporate the nuts.
1 ounce sugar-free fat-free butterscotch pudding (small box)
8 ounces crushed pineapple (undrained)
4 apples , chopped
12 ounces fat-free cool whip
:
1 Mix dry pudding and pineapple.
2 Add apples and cool whip.
3 Refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.

I generally have never had this problem as it is usually gone in 2 days. But if you are worried about them turning, here is a website that will give you some hints to keep them from turning brown.
