Ok, I've joined the gym, eating better and now using My Fitness Pal..
My goal is to eat better, go to the gym at least 3 times a week and lose 43 lbs. to be at 199 lbs. lol

    All very reasonable and realistic goals. Stick with this and you'll be successful!! Good luck!
